Neuron is built on verified, publicly sourced business data. This page explains what happens on this website and how we treat information in the service itself.
01Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Neuron marketing website. It is a single public page: there are no user accounts, no login, and no customer database behind it.
02Information we collect on this site
The waitlist form on this site is a demonstration. The email address you type is validated in your browser and is not transmitted to a server, stored, or shared with anyone. Refreshing the page clears it.
Our hosting provider may record standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent and requested page for security and reliability purposes.
03Cookies
This marketing site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing activity.
04How the Neuron service handles business data
Once you become a customer, Neuron processes business contact information sourced from public company filings, official job postings, company websites, published funding announcements and licensed business directories.
We do not scrape private accounts, and we do not sell personal data. Research records are used only to build and verify the lead deliverables agreed in your subscription.
05Your rights
- Ask what business contact information we hold about you or your organisation.
- Request correction of inaccurate details in a research record.
- Request removal from our research dataset at any time.
- Object to processing where local law provides that right.
06Retention
Research records are reviewed on a rolling basis and refreshed or removed when they can no longer be verified. Nothing entered into the waitlist form on this site is retained, because it is never sent anywhere.
07Contact
Privacy questions can be raised through the waitlist contact route on our home page. When Neuron opens publicly, a dedicated privacy contact address will be published here.
