These terms govern your use of the Neuron marketing website. Using the site means you accept them. Paid subscriptions are governed by the separate order form and service agreement signed at onboarding.

The site is informational. There is no account area, no checkout and no data storage on this page. The waitlist form is a client-side demonstration and does not create any commitment on either side.

Company names, testimonials, report mock-ups and performance figures shown on this site are fictional samples used to illustrate the product. They are not claims about specific customers or guaranteed results.

• Prices are quoted in USD and exclude any local taxes or duties.
• Signal and Momentum subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled for the next billing period.
• Corridor engagements run on an annual term because they include dedicated analyst time.
• Published pricing may change; the price on your order form is the one that applies to you.

• Use delivered records for your own legitimate business outreach only.
• Do not resell, sublicense or publish raw records supplied by Neuron.
• Comply with the outreach, marketing and data-protection laws that apply in your market.
• Honour opt-out requests from anyone you contact using our deliverables.

Every delivered record passes our verification gauntlet. If a verified contact hard-bounces, it is credited back to your next batch. This credit is the sole remedy for a record that fails verification in the field.

The Neuron name, logo, research methodology, report formats and site content belong to Neuron. Deliverables prepared for your subscription may be used inside your organisation without restriction.

Neuron provides research and verification services, not guaranteed sales outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect.
